Founder’s Journey & Recognition

Purpose
Vineet Saraiwala is the Founder and CEO of Atypical Advantage, India’s largest livelihood platform for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs). An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore), Vineet is a social entrepreneur, endurance athlete, and inclusion advocate.
A Life Without Limits
He is an avid trekker, surfer, endurance cyclist, and marathon runner who has completed seven half-marathons and an absolute 5K cycling expedition. Having been diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa, he has dedicated his career to dismantling systemic employment barriers for persons with disabilities across India.

A Voice for Inclusion
In addition to all the achievements mentioned above, Vineet Saraiwala has also delivered global addresses as a TEDx Speaker, including The Illusion of Reality, exploring perception, resilience, and technology-driven accessibility.
Global Recognition
As a Hyundai Samarth Hero, Vineet Saraiwala has been featured globally by Hyundai India as a pioneer celebrating the capabilities and resilient achievements of people with disabilities.
